TGIF

Well we made it! It's Friday evening and I have a lovely relaxing weekend planned with Mi. Chase had his spring pictures taken this morning at school and I am hoping the photo's come out good wearing his new bright spring colored shirt. They've changed to using a complete white background this time instead of the nature theme so I'm curious to see if it's as boring as I expect!
Long day working late tonight and finishing up some rejections that needed cleaned up at the last minute at work today. We're 1 down in our office since M had surgery. She came in today though and is recooperating well so she'll be back before we know it. Then again we're still working in limbo as we have for the last 7 months and unsure if the new parent company is keeping us or our lease will be cancelled. Our Leasee has made some changes as well due to the 'economy' and increased our health insurance premium monthly along with phasing out our 401k match. So things aren't looking the best for us on many fronts but it could be worse and I could be in the unemployment line already. Hopefully their philosophy of cutting back the small things will save them massive cuts in the near future. Only time will tell. But we're not alone in this I'm sure. Things are tough all over and I just hope we all slide by, by the skin of our teeth and come out the other side of this economic blunder!

We did watch the latest episode of LOST last night as I mentioned in yesterday's blog. I have to admit I'm addicted to that show! I love Benjamin Linus! He's so evil and maniacal. Does anyone else realize he grew up in Toledo Iowa and graduated from Tama/Toledo High? A good ole Iowa boy making good! I'm very happy for him. He's a great actor. Sayid is one hot naughty bad man too! How can you not love how they keep you guessing in this series yet develop the characters quite well so that you become emotionally attached? I miss John Locke right now though as they've not been focusing much on him since he was dropped back onto the island. OMG Sayid and the truth serum was such a hoot! It was quite enjoyable to see him in an almost giddy mood talkin bout how he's from the future and to ask Sawyer! -snickers- That torture guy was another gas. He looks like someone that starred on the Beverly Hillbillies or something! And then Sayid tellin him oh no you used JUST ENOUGH!! -cracks up- It's the little things people!! Leave me some comment love will ya and tell me what you find to keep you smilin when life's kicking yer arse! I'd love to have others share their thoughts here in the comment section so everyone reading can join in too. Don't get me wrong I love the email responses too and they have thier place in privacy but I'd also like to see more action and comments from anyone out there!! -Taps the glass- Yeah I mean you!! ;)
