Asytm

I've been to my first physical therapy session for my plantar fascitis. It was a strange experience. He started by first rubbing cocoa butter with a tongue depressor all over my calf and foot. Then he takes these hard plastic utensils and rubs them on you front, back and the bottom of my foot. It's meant to basically get the blood flowing in the area and rough it up so it can then heal over time back to a place that is more healthy tissue and reduce pain. If you're more interested in it check out the link below.

I'll keep you posted on my progress as it's supposed to become more painful as time goes on during the procedure but I'm willing to try. Stretching and icing are also required in order to help it heal properly after grinding it over your skin.
