Survivor, headphones & Shootings

      I wouldn't use headphones that have lithium batteries in them. Exploding on your nightstand is one thing but on your head?! OMG  How terrifying that must have been for the woman on her flight to Australia. CNET magazine states that the odds of Lithium batteries igniting is equal to you getting killed in a car accident. I still think I'll stick with my tried and true IPOD ear phones.

     Survivor was on last night. As always I'm excited. My prediction that Ciera had a target on her back came true and was voted out premiere night. She played a little too hard in addition to her returning player reputation, so it was a no brainer. The 'Queen' Sandra, continues to be one cocky royalty who is enjoying directing her minions. Thank goodness they didn't decide to kill the goat and it's baby. I think she would have too. Grrrr You'd think the others wouldn't put up with that from a two time previous winner but she seems to get away with it somehow.
     As usual the talk is in keeping the teams strong in order to win challenges to get to the merge so we'll see who actually goes home. Having split into 3 tribes now was definitely a game changer. Troyzan was incredibly lucky to have found that idol because he's a target on his tribe. On the losing tribe though Tai's old friend Caleb is one strong player so keeping him should be definite. That leaves Hali vulnerable. Her closing argument was weak too. Yet those idiots chose Caleb! I hope they regret it later when they keep losing! Grrrrr

     Drivers randomly shooting at cars on the freeway in California and other cities across the US? The news says people stay vigilant. Ummmm, How are you to remain vigilant? Your ducking and trying not to get shot or can't even see anything because it's dark out. I can't imagine trying to drive and avoid getting shot on a roadway with other cars at high speeds or even sitting at a stoplight. I saw footage where a car pulls up toward a stoplight and uses your car in the middle lane to shield it as it shoots beyond you at another car shooting back! Holy Cow people wtf? Then they speed off and are never seen again.
